Booking information

Once you’ve submitted your booking details, we’ll initiate the booking process promptly. At this stage, we kindly request a 20% deposit to secure your reservation. After your payment is received, you can expect to receive a booking confirmation within 48 hours.

The remaining balance of 80% should be settled at least 30 days before the start of your tour. Once this payment is received, you’ll be all set to proceed with your visa application.

Consequently, all orders are considered non-refundable and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts. Therefore, we regret to inform you that no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the tour start date or for no-show situations.
